Reelsy for ChatGPT

Create the assets. Keep the context.

Describe the creative brief in ChatGPT. Reelsy generates the first useful assets, puts them on your Canvas, and opens OpenCut only when the work needs a timeline.

One repository. One connection.

Reelsy is currently installed from its public GitHub repository. Add it once, connect your account, and let ChatGPT keep the project context while you create. The repository now includes a Marketplace manifest that points to the root Plugin package; leave Sparse paths empty.

From prompt to timeline

See the work, not a product tour.

The first asset set should be visible before an editor appears. Use the timeline when the job actually needs a cut, captions, sound, or visual layers.

Questions before you start

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an API key?

No. Reelsy uses an owner-scoped OAuth connection. Never paste an API key into ChatGPT.

Where are my first results shown?

A generated image, image set, or video appears on your Reelsy Canvas first. OpenCut is optional when you want to combine or refine video work.

When are credits used?

Installation and authorization do not spend credits. Before paid generation, Reelsy shows the expected cost and waits for your confirmation.

Can I edit generated video work?

Yes. Ask to edit, combine, caption, add music, or add visual layers and Reelsy can open the hosted OpenCut timeline.
